THE PRODUCERS
Mark “Boogie” Brown
Brooklyn native Mark Brown is back at it again. Playing everything from guitar to drums to pianos to bass, Boogie is one of the best producers that the world has the pleasure of knowing. With hits below his belt from “Hungry for your Love” to “Take it to the Streets”, Mark is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Larry Brown and Run-DMC introduced Boogie and Harli to one another in 1997. While communicating and working off and on, they finally decided to sit down and do an album in 2003. Now, prepare your eardrums to feel the fruits from their labor in 04-05. I’m sure you’ll agree that Harli and Boogie is a musical match made in heaven.
C. WilCock for WilCock Beats
Harlem birthed producer WilCock is new on the scene with a pocket full of green. With blazing tracks and affinity for high hats and kicks, her tracks definitely raise the eyebrows. Co-producing with Boogie, you can find her drum tracks on several singles of Harli including but not limited to “Taking Stock” and “Sado”. Soon to work with several other artists, be on the lookout for more from WilCock and WilCock Beats.
